There is a washer and dryer in each apartment.
Mailboxes are located in the garage.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
This community has buildings that are secured and all visitors must be buzzed in by resident.
For your convenience the trash receptacles are located on each floor in the trash room.
