Mail boxes are located in the lobby of the office building
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors must use intercom and be buzzed in by the resident
There are trash chutes on each floor. Trash is also picked up twice a day if left outside the door.
