Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package.

 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.

 

The office will accept packages on your behalf.  They will accept a maximum of 3 small packages at any given time that must be picked within 48 hours of delivery.

Visitors must call the apartment to be granted access.
