There are washer and dryer hookups in every apartment as well as laundry facilities on the property.

The mailboxes are located in the front of the property.

Visitors may go directly to the apartment.

There are several trash dumpsters located on the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
