Each apartment home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

 

The mail boxes are located near the leasing office at the front of the property.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, the property and Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of the packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain the tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo id and package slip at the community leasing office.

The property has limited access gates.  There is a call box at the entrance to the community.  The tenant's last name and apartment phone number will be programmed into the gates.  The guest will arrive at the call box using the key pad will search for the tenant's name.  This will ring the apartment and the tenant can push "9" on their apartment phone and the access gates will open.
