This community welcomes pets! There is no weight limits, but there is a limit of two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply; contact the leasing office for more information. There is a non-refundable fee of $250 per pet required before check-in. Please keep your pets on a leash when they are outside of the apartment, and help to keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.

Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check-in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 919.460.4550.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating you apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 919.460.4550 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Check out time is midnight of your last day of stay. There is an envelope provided for the keys to the apartment. Lock your apartment door and drop the envelope, with your keys inside, at the rental office night drop.
