This is a gated community. That offers a state of the art fitness center with cardio theater. There is a business center with internet access, fax and printer. On site shopping just a block from the property leasing office.

A full size washer and dryer are provided in each apartment.  Additionally, there are is a laundry facility located on the property.

Mailboxes are located at the front of the property in a freestanding mail center.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guest, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Visitors are welcome to the community. The guest must be accompanied by the resident when visiting any of the community facilities. Any guest visiting for more than one week must be registered with Oakwood Worldwide. Parking is limited to unmarked or unreserved spots. Illegal parking is subject to towing at the owners expense.

Trash compactors are located next to exit gates and on floors 1-2-3.
