We welcome you and hope your stay at Post Park at Philips Place will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Post Park community. Remember that Post Park has a community of its own which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the needed information.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. You will receive your move in instructions when we receive your signed reservation paperwork. Please remember to bring your move in instructions with you.

Key arrangements will be made upon receipt of needed paperwork You will receive your keys and access code via FedEx. You will need to provide us with an address that you can receive FedEx packages prior to move in.

Once you have arrived at your apartment make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

Parking is open. Your gate access card will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave and place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the concierge desk as you leave.
