This community will accept pets up to 35 lbs.; no aggressive breeds allowed on premises. There is a $250 non refundable pet fee required. Policies are subject to change at any given time.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at Cheswyck at Ballantyne will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make apartment living a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You will be able to pick up your keys anytime after 3:30 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. Keys will be in the lockbox; the code is provided in your move-in instructions.

Once you have accessed your apartment, make yourself at home! We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

• Upon move in you will be given a gate access card which will allow you entrance into the property.
• Parking is open to residents and guests,except in front of assigned garages.
• Garages are available for an additional monthly fee. If you require a garage please let us know as soon as possible so that we may check availability.
• Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, remotes, and access cards on the kitchen counter, with the exception of 1 key that you will use to lock the door as you leave. Please drop this key off at the property leasing office in an envelope labeled with your name and apartment number. If it is after hours, please use their after hours drop box.
