You will be able to check into your temporary housing at 3:30 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. Keys will be in a lockbox on the door prior to your arrival. You will be given lockbox codes and instructions upon receipt of all paperwork.

You will be able to pick up your keys anytime after 3:30 pm on the day of your arrival. Please make sure that you bring your move in instructions to insure a smooth check in. When you receive your keys please make sure that you have two door keys and one mailbox key.

Once you have arrived at your apartment make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

- If a parking pass/code is required, one will be provided for you upon move in.
- Parking is open to residents and guests, except in front of assigned garages. If you require a garage please let us know as soon as possible so that we may check availability.
- Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted.
- Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave and place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the concierge desk as you leave.
