This community welcomes pets! There is a limit of two pets per apartment and a weight limit of 40 pounds. Certain breed restrictions apply; contact the leasing office for more details. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet is required prior to check-in. Please keep your pets on a leash when they are outside the apartment, and help to keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pets. 

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check-in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 919.460.4550.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating you apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 919.460.4550 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Check out time is midnight of your last day of stay. There is an envelope provided for the keys to the apartment. Lock your apartment door and drop the envelope, with your keys inside, at the rental office night drop.
