We welcome you and hope that your stay at The Redcliffe At Kenton Place will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the The Redcliffe At Kenton community. Remember that The Redcliffe At Kenton Place has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

At the time of your reservation, you will recieve information on checking into your apartment.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. We will provide you with your move in instructions as soon as we receive your signed reservation paperwork. A lockbox will be placed on your door prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please remember to bring your move in instructions to ensure a smooth check in.

The keys will be in a lockbox on your apartment door. The code will be provided when we receive your signed guest registration agreement. We will provide you with two door keys and 1 mailbox key. If you have any questions regarding your keys please give us a call at 704-588-4668.

Once you arrive at your apartment please go inside and make yourself at home. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns..

• Parking is open to residents and guest, except in front of assigned garages.
• Garages are available for an additional monthly fee. If you require a garage please let us know as soon as possible so that we may check availability.
• Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment.  You do have until midnight to vacate.  Please leave all of your keys, remotes, and access cards on the kitchen counter, with the exception of 1 key that you will use to lock the door as you leave. Please drop this key off at the property leasing office in an envelope labeled with your name and apartment number. If it is after hours, please use their after hours drop box. There is a replacement fee for any access materials that are not returned.
