Each apartment comes fully equipped with it's own washer and dryer for your convenience.
There are 2 Mail stations on the property. Buildings 1-11 use the mail station next to the gym inside the clubhouse. Buildings 12-22 use the mail station across from the dumpsters next to the garages.
This property is not gated.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
