Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (summer); 8:30am - 5:30pm (winter)

Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Each unit features washer/dryer hookups.

On-site laundry facility is also available.

Mailboxes are located at either end of the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors may go directly to apartments.

Trash compactor is centrally located.
