A picture I.D. and confirmation paperwork is required at check-in. Check-in at the Vanderbilt clubhouse from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. If a late check-in is required please contact us two working days prior to your scheduled move-in and alternative arrangements can be made.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. 

 

If you require an early check-in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your mive-in for availability.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. If everythin is not perfect upon your arrival, please call us at 800-944-3279 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

 

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.

• All residents may park in the uncovered spaces provided.
• Covered parking may be available for an add'l charge.
• Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
• Vehicle storage is not permitted.
• Do not park in red zones or fire lanes.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

• Check-out time 9:00 a.m.
• Take all keys and access cards to the clubhouse.
• After-hours checkout: Put all keys and access cards in an envelope write your apartment number on it and drop it in the night drop box at the clubhouse.
