The apartment community posts community activities at the clubhouse, work-out facilities, and in the community newsletter.
Each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer.
Mailboxes are located in the breezeways of each building.
If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
All buildings have a secured entrance complete with a guest intercom system. Your vistor will call up to your apartment for access.
We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
