This property accepts all pets under 10 lbs.  A $100 refundable pet deposit is required per pet.  $15 per month/per pet additional rent.     

A picture I.D. and confirmation paperwork is required at check-in. Check-in at the Embassy Park clubhouse from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. If a late check-in is required please contact us two working days prior to your scheduled move-in and alternative arrangements can be made.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

• All residents may park in the uncovered spaces provided.
• Covered parking may be available for an add'l charge.
• Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
• Vehicle storage is not permitted.
• Do not park in red zones or fire lanes.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

• Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 913-492-1231.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
