There are connections for washer and dryers in each apartment. Laundry facilities are available as well.
Mailboxes are located at the entrance of each building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Resident will need to buzz visitor in through entrance door.
Trash dumpsters are located outside of apartment buildings.
