this community only allows pets.  There is a limit of one cat per apartment.  Property requires that pets be on a leash at all times when they are outside the apartment.  We ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat.  Please conact the Oakwood office to determine the pet fees for this property.

Keys are generally in lockbox.  Inside lockbox will be the apartment key.

 

Upon arrival, please review your Welcome Binder. This binder will include information about your apartment and contact information with Oakwood Corporate Housing. Please notify and Oakwood Representative if you notice any defects or if any expectations are not met.

Check in time is 3:30 pm on specified arrival date.  You can arrive anytime after 3:30pm.

 

If any early move-in is required, please contact us at least one full business day in advance of your move-in date so we can check availability.  We will try our best to meet those needs.

Keys will be provided prior to arrival date or placed in lock box.  Your specific instructions about the loackbox will be provided in your move-in instructions.  Those will be recieved after all paperwork is returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

This community has an open parking policy.  The parking is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please follow any community rules that may be posted in the parking areas.  There are no access gates at this community.

• Please have all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/acces card and $50 per remote/opener.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
