Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Keys will be in lock box hanging on apartment door.  Code to be provided prior to arrival in your Move In Instructions..

 We ask that you review your Welcome Binder.  It will provide important information about your apartment and Oakwood Corporate Housing.  Please notify Oakwood if you notice any defects or if any part of your apartment does not meet your expectations.

This community has an open parking policy.  There are no access gates and the parking is based on a first-come, first serve basis.  Please follow any parking rules that the property may have posted. 

• Please have all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/acces card and $50 per remote/opener.
• If you are extending your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
