Welcome!  We hope that your stay with this property will be comfortable.  Each community has rules and policies to make sure your stay is a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all the information you need. 

Your apartment will be ready at anytime after 3:30 pm on your specified arrival date.

 

If you need to request an early check in, we ask that you contact us one full business day before your intended move-in day to check availability.  We will do everything in our power to meet those needs when possible.

Keys will be in lock box located outside apartment.  Code to be provided prior to arrival in your move-in instructions.

Please review your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about contacting Oakwood Corporate Housing and information about your apartment. Please contact an Oakwood Representative about any defects or any expectations that have not been met.

Each unit has garage.  Your remote will be in your apartment upon arrival.  Any of the parking spaces are based on a first-come, first-serve basis.  There are no access gates at this location.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards or garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fee for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
