Mailboxes match the apartment number and located on ground floor near the Doormen's desk.

Packages will  be accepted on behalf of guest by the management or Doormen.  USPS shipping will leave notes where to pick up large packages.  Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for the condtion packages are recieved or for certified or registered mail.  Please contact the doorman when you are expecting a package and please be prepared to show identification or package slip. 

Visitor's will have to sign in and be introduced by the doormen.  There are three elevators in the Lobby they can access.  Doormen will call up to unit for authorization.
