We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Worldwide and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided and leave them on the kitchen counter.
• A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

3:30 PM:  Keys and parking swipes will be left at the doormen's desk in an envelope with Tenants name and parking spot number on it.

After picking up your keys and arriving in your apartment, we ask you to review your Welcome Binder.  Your Welcome Binder will provide information about Oakwood Corporate Housing and your apartment.

We ask you to look through your apartment and notify us as soon as possible if there are any defects or your standards are not met.

One parking spot per apartment will be assigned at time of move in.  Access gate for parking would be accessed by parking swipe that will be provided with your keys.

When you check out, we ask that you leave all keys, parking swipes and tags on the kitchen counter of your apartment.  Any food or trash that can be removed would be greatly appreciatted.  If you need to extend your stay please call our office at 973-812-6200 and we will do everything we can to accomidate your need.
