Please check with local Oakwood office for pet fees and breed restrictions for this property.  Property requires pets to be on leash whenever pet is out of apartment.  We ask that you assist to keep the property clean by picking up after your pets.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled arrival day.  If you need to request an early check in, please contact us as soon as possible so when start the process to see if we can accommodate that request of an early check in.

This is a 24 hour concierge building.  Keys will be at the front desk by 3:30 pm on specific day of arrival.

Please review your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about contacting Oakwood Corporate Housing and information about your apartment.  Please contact an Oakwood Representative about any defects or any expectations that have not been met.

Parking garage onsite, however is not included through Oakwood Worldwide.  Parking may be set up with garage directly upon arrival.

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 973.812.6200.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
