Cats and dogs are permitted. Please check with local Oakwood Corporate Housing office for the breed restrictions.  The property requires all pets to be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment.  There is a $250 non refundable pet fee and a $35/mo pet rent per pet.  Two pet limit per apartment.

Your apartment will be ready anytime after 3:30 p.m. of your scheduled arrival day.  If you would like to request an early check in, please contact us a full business day prior to your arrival.  We will try our best to meet your request.

There will be a lock box on the door outside apartment.  Code to be provided to guests prior to arrival.

Please review your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about contacting Oakwood Corporate Housing and information about your apartment. Please contact an Oakwood Representative about any defects or any expectations that have not been met.

This community has an open parking policy.  All spots are on a first-come, first serve basis.  Please follow any parking rules the property may have posted in that area.  There are no access gates at this location. 

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
