This property allows pets up to 35lbs.  There is also a very strict breed resticiton, so please properly inform Oakwood and the type of dog you will be bringing.  The property requires all animals to be on leases while outside the apartment.  We ask that you help keep the property clean by picking up after your pet.  There is a $250 non refundable deposit prior to move in and a $35/mo pet rent per pet.  Two pet limit.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30p.m. on your scheduled day of move in.

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one full business in advance of your move-in for availability.  We will try our best to meet this need.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you do not recieve your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 973-812-6200.

Upon arrival, please review your Welcome Binder.  This binder will include information about your apartment and contact information with Oakwood Corporate Housing.  Please notify and Oakwood Representative if you notice any defects or if any expectations are not met.

This property has an open parking policy.  The parking spaces are on a first-come, first-first serve basis.  Please follow any parking rules the property may have posted in the area.

 

There are no access gates at this community.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 973.812.6200.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
