The property strongly requires all pets be on a leash at all times while the pet is out of the apartment.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 on your scheduled day of move-in.
You can request an earlier move-in time, but we would have to check the availability of this option 24 hours prior to you scheduled move in time.
Keys will be in lock box on railing outside building. The access swipe for parking is in the apartment, must have swipe in order to access parking.
Upon arriving at your apartment, we ask that you read through your Welcome Binder. The Welcome Binder will provide information about your apartment as well as Oakwood Corporate Housing contact information. We also ask that you view your entire apartment and notify Oakwood of any defects or items that do not meet your expectation.
One parking space is included with each apartment. The parking lot is in the rear of the building. There is an access gate to get into the parking lot. There will be a swipe card provided upon move in that will allow access to the lot. After entering the gate, parking is on a first-come, first serve basis.
Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards or garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fee for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
