We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Check in time is anytime after 3:30 pm on your specified arrival date. If you need to request an early check in, please contact us a full business day prior to your arrival. This will allow us to try and meet those request to the best of our abilities.

Specified instructions will be provided on key retrieval and/or pick up with your move in instructions. Your move in instructions will be provided to you once all required paperwork is returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. For this property, keys will generally be mailed overnight by Federal Express.
|

|
Upon arrival, please review your Welcome Binder. This binder will include information about your apartment and contact information with Oakwood Corporate Housing. Please notify and Oakwood Representative if you notice any defects or if any expectations are not met.
|
|
|
This community allows one assigned parking spot per apartment. Your assigned spot and parking pass will be provided to you upon move in. We ask that you follow any rules or regualtions the property may have posted for the parking area.
|
|
|
- Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards or garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
- A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fee for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
