If you are not home, all US Postal Service and otehr delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible fro notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for any packages received, or the condition they are in when you receive them, or for accepting registered/certified mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of three weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors have direct access to apartments.
