Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.


Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move-in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.434.8851 or 215.568.2188


Key Pickup
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork have been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.434.8851 or 215.568.2188


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
 
Every effort has been made to make your "home away from home" as complete and comfortable as possible.  If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.434.8851 or 215.568.2188 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
This property has open parking for all residents.  Please limit cars to one per resident.
Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.  Vehicle storage is not permitted.
Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.  Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.
Please have your guests park either in the designated guest parking area, or slightly away from the building so that they do not take up other residents parking spaces.
Please do not park in reserved spaces such as assigned carports or garages.  If you do, your vehicle could be subject to towing at the owners expense.


Check Out Procedures
Please leave all keys and access devices (entry cards, remotes, etc.) in the envelope provided for you at the time of move in and leave on the Living Room coffee table.

When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice. 
There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25 per key. Unreturned entry keys and fitness passes will cost $100 each.
Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure.
