We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your arrival date.  If you would like to request an early move in, please contact Oakwood at least one full business day in advance of your arrival to see if we can meet the request you have.

Keys will be sent via FedEx prior to arrival date.  Other details about the move-in will be provided in the Move-In Intsructions that will be provided to you once all required paperwork is filled out.

Please read through your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about Oakwood Corporate Housing and your apartment.  Please contact Oakwood if any defects are found in your apartment.

This community provides two unassigned parking spots per apartment.  These spots can be accessed by using your swipe card to open gates to the parking beneath the building.  Parking Tags must be used or cars will be towed.

• Please have all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/acces card and $50 per remote/opener.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
