We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Check in time is anytime after 3:30 pm on your specified arrival date.  If you wouldlike to request an early move in, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can check the  availability of meeting your request.

Keys placed in lock box outside apartment.  Code to be provided prior to arrival with your move in instructions.

Please review your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about contacting Oakwood Corporate Housing and information about your apartment. Please contact an Oakwood Representative about any defects or any expectations that have not been met.

This property has an open parking policy.  All vehicles are to properly park in provided spots.  Parking is on a first-come, first-servce basis.

• Please have all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/acces card and $50 per remote/opener.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
