Limit two pets per unit. There are some breed restrictions.  Property requires pets to be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment.

$500.00 non refundable pet fee + $50.00 per month per pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be ready anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date.  If you would like to request an early move in, or notify us of an arrival a day or two later then expected, please contact our office.

Keys will be sent via FedEx prior to arrival.  More information will be provided in your move in instructions once all required paperwork is returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

Guests may move into their apartment anytime after 3:30 pm on scheduled arrival date.  Please review your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about contacting Oakwood Corporate Housing and information about your apartment. Please contact an Oakwood Representative about any defects or any expectations that have not been met.

Parking is open and unassigned.  It is on a first-come, first-serve basis and there are no access gates.  Please follow any parking rules the property may have posted that area.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards or garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
