Acceptance of Packages/Deliveries

 

There is a full-size washer and dryer in every apartment.

Your mailbox is located in the mail room, just next to the Leasing Office/Recreation Center.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Resident Service Center. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance. You may notify the rental office of your guest's arrival, or provide your guest(s) with your apartment number, in order to contact you through our directory. If your stay in for less than 90 days, you will not be listed in the property directly. Please contact our office if you would like to be included in the directory.

Three month minimum lease terms at this community. Please call for month to month availability.
