Rental Guidelines
Pet Policy
  • This community allows pets up to 50 pounds. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A pet fee of $300 is required prior to check-in. This is a non-refundable fee.
  • There are weight/breed restricitions


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at Marina Village will be comfortable.  Please keep in  mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of Marina Village. Marina Village has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.  Please call us at 702.737.1277 with any questions and/or requests for information.


Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.


Key Pickup

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Keys will be left in the leasing office for your arrival. You must check in by 5:00 PM. If you need to make arrangement for a late arrival, please contact our office at 702.737.1277. A minimal service fee may apply.



Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800.251.2334 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
  • One assigned parking space is provided for each guest.  Additional parking is available first come, first served located on the exterior of each building.
  • Vehicles must be in operating condition with current reigstration.
  • Vehicle storage is not permitted.
  • Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.  Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.


Check Out Procedures
  • Please leave your keys, remote and/or access card in your apartment on the coffee table.
  • Return one apartment key to the leasing office and let them know that you have vacated your apartment.
  • Please contact our office at 800.251.2334 to let us know that you have turned in your keys and have vacated the apartment.
  • If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 702.737.1277.

  • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer will require a thirty (30) day written notice from you or your corporation.
