Welcome!  We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all the information you need.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and return to Oakwood Corporate Housiing.  If you do not recieve your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 973-812-6200.

in addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 973-812-6200 and we will have it taken care of as quickly as possible.

This community has an open parking policy.  Spots are neither reserved nor is there any access gates.  Parking is basically on a first-come first-served basis.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards or garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fee for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
