We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800-592-1088 or 212-682-9550.

Your keys will either be fedexed to you before move in or will be left in your apartment. If the keys are in the apartment, the doorman will have received an access form and will allow you to go to your apartment to retrieve your keys.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 212.682.9550 with any concerns or questions you may have after check-in.

Parking fees are not included in the rental price of your apartment.

Parking arrangements can not be made by Oakwood Corporate Housing and must be made by the registered owner of the vehicle.

Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.

Please find out about any height, width or weight restrictions on oversize vehicles prior to arriving or having your vehicle delivered.

Check-out time is 12:00 midnight the day of your scheduled departure.

Please leave all keys and access cards (health club or laundry room) in the "Express Check-out" envelope provided and leave with the concierge at your building.

If you need to extend your stay, please contact our local office at 212.682.9550. All extension are based on availability and authorized company approval.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a 30 day written notice from resident or authorized company representative.
