We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood CorporateHousing, and not of the community in which you are staying.  Each community has rules and policies to make living ther a pleasant experince for you.  If you have any questions about the communtiy where you are stayin, we would be happy to provie you will all of the informaiton that you need.

Check-in time is 3:30 PM the day of your arrival.

All early arrivals must be approved by the local office.  Your confirmation letter must indicate the approved early check-in time.

Your keys will be held at the front desk with the concierge at the building where you will be staying.  We will send an access form authorizing the release of your keys after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 212.682.9550 with any concerns or questions you may have after check-in.

This property is close to parking garages and public transportation.  Parking fees are not included in the rental price of your apartment. 

Check-out time is 12:00 AM midnight the day of your scheduled departure. 

Please leave all keys and access cards (health club or laundry room) in the "Express Check-out" envelope provided and leave with the concierge at your building.

If you need to extend your stay, please contact our local office.  All extensions are based on availability and authorized company approval. 

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a 30 day written notice from resident or authorized company representative.
