We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

• A number of options are available to obtain the keys to your new home away from home.
• First please fill out all paperwork and return it to Oakwood Corporate housing before receiving.

We will place a lockbox on your apartment door and provide you with the combination prior to your move in date. If their is any problem feel free to call the leasing office for assistance.

· Included is a one car garage with opener. · Ample unassigned parking is outside your apartment building. · This is a gated community.

· Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office. · If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 216-642-9020. · When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice. · Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items. · Check out is prior to midnight.
