We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

We will place a lock box on your apartment door and provide you with the combination prior to your move-in date.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 216.642.9020.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your registration paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

Welcome!!  If their should be anything wrong with your apartment please do not hesitate to call the leasing office for assistance. There should be a site map of the property to help you monerver around the property.

No gate access and unassigned parking. 

 

Parking on public streets requires a parking pass.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
• Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
• Check out  is prior to midnight.
