There are laundry hookups in every unit. There is also a laundry facility on the property.
The mail house is located in the middle of the property.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Since this is not a gated community, visitors have access to the property.
There is a trash compactor located on the property.
