This community allows pets up to 80 pounds. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help kept the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee.  $500 charge for any undisclosed pet.

 

 No aggresive breeds allowed.

Any dog over 35 lbs is recommended for the first floor.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.

 

If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

 

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

 

Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.

 

Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.

 

$50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
