We welcome you and hpe that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oalwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move-in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.838.8102 or 216.642.9020

Specific arrangements regarding how you willa ccess the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservations paperwork have been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. if you did not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.838.8102 or 216.642.9020

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Every effort has been made to make your "home away from home" as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.838.8102 or 216.642.9020 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is open/unassigned. Please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Doing so may result in being fined and/or towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

Should you decide you would like to add covered parking or a garage, please call the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.838.8102 or 216.642.9020 for rates and availability.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

Check-out is prior to midnight on the last day. Please leave all keys and access cards in the envelope provided and take to the apartment leasing office.

Please remove all personal belongings, trash, and any food items from the apartment.

There is a $50 charge for each key, access card, or remote that is not returned.
