Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about hte community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.


Check In Time
Check in time is after 3:30 pm on the date of your scheduled move in. If you are moving in during the weekend you may move-in at any time during the day. If you need any special arrangements please disuss with your Oakwood representitive.


Key Pickup
Check in time is after 3:30pm and we will place a lockbox on your apartment door with the apartment keys inside, unless another option is required or requested. The lockbox code will be given prior to move in, upon the completion and return of all move in paperwork.


Arriving at your Apartment
When you arrive at the apartment community you should be able to go directly to your appointed apartment and retreive your keys from the lock box that has been placed on your apartment door. If your community is gated or for some reason there can not be a scheduled lock box on the apartment door, your Oakwood representitive will advise on what to do.


Parking and Access Gates
There is ample unassigned parking outside your apartment building that is on a first come basis. If you will be residing at a location with a garage, your parking issue will be discussed with your Oakwood representitive. If you wish to obtain a garage where applicable, with an additional fee, please discuss with your Oakwood representitive.


Check Out Procedures
· Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
 · If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 513.985.0717.
· When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.
 · Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
· Check out is prior to midnight.
· After hours drop off, in drop off box.
