We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

After 3:30pm on the date of move in.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate housing.

Keys will be mailed to you prior to move in, after completion of registration paperwork is return to Oakwood corporate housing. If you do not receive this information then please contact us, and we will assist you. Plus when you arrive please look around and see if there is anything that you need.

• Ample unassigned parking is outside your apartment building.

• This is a gated community.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 216-642-9020.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.
• Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
