Mailboxes are located to the left of the front gate.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community.  Your guest will need to call your apartment from the callbox at the main entrance to gain access

Curbside trash pick up on M & Thur.  Please place your trash out by 8am on the morning of pick up.  Please do not put trash out the night before.
