Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.393.0077 or 972.392.4747

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

 

Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.

 

Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
