Two pets (cats/dogs)per apartment are allowed, but there is a 35 pound weight limit per pet, and aggresive breeds are prohibited.
There is a $550 deposit for the first pet, $200 is refundable, and there is an additional $200 deposit for the second pet, all of which is refundable as well.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property is comfortable and enjoyable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property that you are staying. Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community that you are staying at we would be more then happy to provide you with the information that you need.
Lockbox instructions will be given to you once we receive your move in paperwork.
Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
Go directly to your aparment to access your lockbox.
An apartment key is available once you access your lockbox.
The remaining keys, remotes or access cards are on the coffee table in the apartment.
When you arrive at the community, you can go directly to your apartment, access your lockbox and enter the apartment. There you will find the rest of the keys and information regarding your stay at this community.
If you are staying in the secured building at this community, use the access code given to you in your move in instructions. Once inside, go directly to you apartment, access your lockbox and enter the unit. Inside you will find the information that you need for the remainder of your stay.
You may park in the assigned parking space given to you in your move in instructions. There are no access gates to worry about at this property.
There is however one secured building with a parking garage. If you are located in this building, you will park on the street until you access your apartment and then get the remote and parking information that you will need for the remainder of your stay.
On your day of departure, please remove all trash from the apartment.
Place all keys and access devices (remotes, access cards) in the envelope provided and leave with property office staff on site.

All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate by either resident or corporation.
