We welcome you and hope that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property at which you are staying.  Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you.  If you should have questions about the property at which you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.

• Lockbox instructions will be given once we receive your move in paperwork
• This is a secure building and instructions on how to access the building will be in your move in instructions as well.
• Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
• Once inside the building, go directly to your apartment to access your lockbox.

• An apartment key will be available once you access your lockbox.
• The remaining keys and access devices will be on the coffee table in your apartment.

You will have to park in the parking lot temporarily until you access your apartment.  Inside you will find the parking tag and the information that you will need for the remainder of your stay.

• On your day of departure, please remove all trash from the apartment.
• Place all keys and access devices on the coffee table, take one entry key and lock up the unit.
• Place one entry key in the check out envelope provided and leave with property office staff on site.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 503-582-9229.
• All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate from either resident or company.
