Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property at which you are staying.  Each property has rules and policies that make living there a pleasant experience.  If you should have questions about the property at which you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.


Check In Time
  • Lockbox instructions will be given once we receive your move in paperwork.
  • Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival at the community.
  • Go directly to your apartment to access your lockbox.


Key Pickup
  • An apartment key will be available once you access your lockbox.
  • The remaining keys and access devices will be on the coffee table.

 


Arriving at your Apartment
When you arrive at the community, you can go directly to your apartment, access your lockbox and enter the apartment. There you will find the rest of the keys and information regarding your stay at this community.


Parking and Access Gates
You may park in the assigned parking space that you were given in your move in instructions.  There are no acces gates to worry about at this property.


Check Out Procedures
  • On your day of departure, please remove all trash from the apartment.
  • Place all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave with property office staff on site.
  • If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 503-582-9229.
  • All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate by either resident or company.
